I ordered gas online from EPG Gas about a year ago and they swapped my LP Gas bottles for EPG Gas bottles. As a general client I was unaware that when you move our of JHB area, you cannot use their bottles anywhere else! As a result I am now stuck with 2 x 9kg bottles and cannot get refills! Manager that called me said I must drive back to JHB as I should have known...
I placed a booking for a relocation of an openserve Fibre line 1 August 2023 with Afrihost. I was debited wrongly on 20th of August for activated line. I requested the line only to be active as of 1 Sept 2023 as I was not living there yet. This was done on 20 August 2023 (rebooked). Moved in on 1 Sept only to find an inactive line. I spent a morning trying to resolve a technical issue on the modem only to be informed late afternoon that Openserve had not opened the line yet! I could not use the line and had to purchase additional Mobile Data to watch rugby and do work! I require a refund of this and an apology as all operators are saying 48hr turn around time!! Seriously they had a Month!

I have a Business account and registered for TYMEPOS (Point of Sale). Since installation more than a year ago I encountered CPoC provisioning errors and could not and still can't make use of this application. I have contacted Masambee in Uru*** / UAE as well as TyMEBANK and no one is able to solve my problem. They need to do away with this APP!
Bought an engine fore Hyundai Getz. The engine came with a knocking sound. Went back to them and they first claimed it was the Lifters, then they claimed it's the sims, which the engine does not have and then they claimed the lifters bolt were stripped by our mechanic (3 months later) and we must pay a reduced rate of R1800 then they found the one piston was running skew and we must pay another R3000 (reduced). We confronted two of the owners of SA Auti\oparts and they claim we are arrogant and none if the issues was their responsibility under their 'warranty' agreement! I lodged a complaint with the SA Consumer Council.
I changed from Bottles to Sixty60, what a joy to actually receive what your order, get informed and notified of what is going on and that the refund is done within time. Deliveries are on time, most times, but it is a busy period. When you phone, you actually get through to a person that knows what they are doing and your order is tracked live. Well Done Checkers!
Ordered through their Online Bottles APP: 1. They had half the stock I needed, 2. I ordered on 3 seperate occasions and all three I am owed refund; 3. I am with TymeBank, also Pick'nPay; 4. They can't refund because my bank won't accept it; 5. I submit my Bank details 3 times; 6. 4 weeks later, i am holding on for a supervisor because they want my bank details again; 7. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

Well actually, all the consultants I dealt with, last week as well! So Thank you guys! I have DSTV Premium, with HD and PVR functionality. I am also registered on DSTV Self Service, as well as Boxoffice and all other platforms. But Unfortunately I am one of those lucky ones where I am unable to watch live streaming. As a result I have missed out on a lot of the Rugby matches. Why? Well Please answer DSTV as I called the call centre. They do not deal with Website Problems, I have to email them. I have mailed them... Twice... Three Weeks ago... Response? None. When I try and watch live streaming, it asks me to link my SC - IT IS LINKED! When I try and make payments on Self Service, it either gives me the wrong amounts or does not allow me to make payments. For some Reason, DSTV is so bad that NEDBANK Internet banking don't even allow EFTs!<br> <br> WAKE UP MULTICHOICE - YOUR SERVICES SUCK! Unfortunately you have the monopoly in this business and we ARE FORCED to deal with you!
I need to know who DSTV employees to calculate their bills and how dumb you have to be to work at their call center? 1. The bill / account I get quotes over the phone, vs the amount on the self service online app differs by at least R500 everytime - Why is this? 2. I get told to pay a certain amount, then when I pay it, I get told to pay another amount, then when I paid that I get told to pay a third amount! Last month I wanted to reactivate my service, my initial quoted amount was R669. I paid it. Then I got told to pay another R400 odd, then I got told to pay another R300 odd! Then I get notified of another R1300 due on my account! Their excuse, I have three decoders, admittedly two of them are inactive!!! So, does not mean that inactive I AM NOT USING THE BLODY THINGS!? seriously Multichoice, I am still waiting for feedback on a complaint I lodged two years ago!! Give a person one amount per month that we can budget on what to pay and not chop and change as you NEED money!
