Untrustworthy

I bought an items through sm auto parts. I paid them on the 18th December. Before i paid i first confirmed if stock was available. The consultant assured me of that. That is why i made payment. I did send them several mails requesting update on my items i have paid to the total of R2998. I have recieved 1 reply in beginning of January. They said they will check where my parcel is and immidiately update me. I am still waiting. I did send 3 more mails to support. Sales and claims but no one responds. Even the whatsapp line they use they do not answer. Bit if you want to buy they repsond fast. The best is . i have told them on the mail i am going to publish it on hello peter and they really dont care at all. I will now go to me lawyer to get my funds back. And then i will never buy from them again. This comapny cannot be trusted. You will have an endless battle to get answers from them but wont recieve your goods. I dont know why and how they even exist in the market
