Worse experience of my life

I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred between me and S A AUTO PARTS in Elsies River and middleman who happens to be a mechanic in  Cape Town.The mechanic acted on my behalf to purchase an engine for a toyota verso. After the mechanic declared that he had installed the engine , I noticed several problens relating to the performanceof the car. When I wasn't satisfied with his explanation I personally approached the supplierS A AUTOPARTS for an explanation  and was attended to by a guy called Nolan. 

To my surprise Nolan hinted that the eng fitted was a 1.4 and car is a 1.6 . After several deliberations the supplier suggested that we return the car to the mechanic to sort out the mess. I went to fetch the mechanic and informed him of what the supplier told us.  On my arrival at the company the mechanic produced a voice note that exposed an agreement between him and Adam who attended to him on the day he bought the engine. 

The mechanic discovered a crack in the engine and Adam instructed him to "help me and I will help you" referring to the damage. Nolan was there as we were all listening to the voice note and the video's feom Adam and the mechanic.  Adam on hearing that he was busted told me to come back on Monday 08.03.2021 and he will fit another engine without any payment and I must just bring 5l oil and new oil filter.

On the appointed day Adam showed a dead face when I approached him and referred me to Nolan who informed me that the boss had told them not to go ahead with fixing the damage. Adam quickly disappeared to the damage being sorted. Prior to going to lodge my complaint with the company I went to two different companies to assess the car and the outcome from both of them was that the engine was kaput as the car is smoking like a chimney and the clutch is damaged as the engine is smaller for the car and had no perfomance.
