Bought a router and returned it to takealot because it didn't have asim slot in it. Takealot came to fetch and never get any thing from them since then. No money return or rightrouter or any communication from them until today.
On the 3rd of August my dad passed away and his body was taken to Avbob in Wynberg Cape Town. My sister and I went the next morning and we spoke to Mr Anthony Vogel enquiring about their prices. He said iys R110 per day. So we agreed that they can keep the body until the body was taken to EC. That was gonna be Monday meaning we were there Wednesday so the body was gonna be remobed Monday to EC. When I got there Monday morning , I was given the different prive of R4300 which I didn't want to pay as it was nit the agreement. Anthony was nit there and when they call him he said I must oay R3500. Since he wasn't there I paid and told myself I come sone other time when he is there. I went to see him last week and asked fir a break diwn if that R3500 as it was difficult for me to explain ti the family sinve O told them that a day is R110 and now I come back and asked tjem fir R3500. He couldn't do the breakdown so I asked him to send an email for this. He oromised to sennd the email the 21st until tiday. Whe asked him what are the other charges for he said thats what they charge so I asked for the breakdown and he askwd me what am I gonma do with this email I said I told you that I need to shiw my family this. He also asked me what am I exoectinh from him, like what kind if question is that when you expect to pay and amount less than R1000 and you find yourself pauing R3500 even that because you complained. What happens to thise who dont ask? I am so disappointed because AVBOB is the company I know I buried my mom with AVBOB and now this.
I bought a wifi router at takealot on the 13 May 2022 and I received it but the problem was I wanted the ome with a sim slot. I got the wrong one and informed talealot. 17 May at 12h33 they cam to fetch it so they can give me the one that I was looking for or refund me. They sent me a ref number MRRN-X4D86NPM and a message saying they will call me in 2 to 3 days to confirm the steps to take. Since that day I never received a thing from them. I paid them R649 for the router.
I have been without elwctricity since March and Ive been asking help from Eskom I lost count. I've e been given reference numbers but to get what I'm asking for is like I'm asking Eskom to move from Bellville to my house. The money that I have used is more than the amount of money I use for electricity per month. When I call they promise to send someone and I'll wait whole day and when I call again they say the problem has been solved meaning I must open a new case. Yesterday the 12.09.2022 I decided to go to Belleville and I was helped by Wellem Nathan who promised me that the people will come and I explained to him that I have been waiting since March with no luck. Wellem gave me the number which he said if they don't come I must call him only to find out the number doesn't exist. I went to Belleville again today and I am still waiting and I've been doing this since March. How can you be without electricity for more than 6 months? Wgere am I suppose to complain at if even if you go their head office is all a waste? How long do I have to wait. I had tenants here they moved out because there is no power and I dont blame them. This was my little income since I am not working and my family is depending on this money. Where is Eskom taking me to, my dignity to my children who must still go to school. This is very sad for me I get so emotional.
I called a driver in Wynberg. I was with my sick dad from hospital and my husband, while inside the garage uber driver came. When they went to him my husband wasn't sure if it's uber or Bolt, so he asked and ttge driver answered ' no I'm not Bolt. My dad went because I already told them the registration number. He is safe at the garage and he was called at the garage. So I asked what was so hard to just say no I am uber. He asked if you called I said yes and my name is Linda. He didn't open the car fir me even though I showed him on the phone. I mean my dad is 75 yrs old, who can be robbed by an old man that afe. I was ver disappointed because I am a regular customer at Uber. I took his registration number, the guy is really not a business person.
I had the fund for 20yrs and when I was suppose to get my money, it was transfered to other account. Git an advice from them that I must wait for 50yrs so I can be less taxed by SARS so I took the advice. I was told there has been an error with my tax but it will be sorted in a month, 2months has passed and I asked only then I was told unfortunately there are super bad news for me the error can't be rectify or unless I deposit the same amount back to CFR, how possible is that. After sometime I was promised that they are going to resolve the problem. I had to sign some documents last month and I again had to send an email and ask the progress. I am being told that there are documents sent. How long and why must I ask for me to get the information about my money.
01.05.2021 got my pension from Momentum and I had CRF as my pension fund. Maryke Spies was my financial advisor who was nominated by CRF. In this process I never really get to receive the documents of my pension only got everything from Maryke. When I asked for the excat amount then she told me that there was an error from SARS with my tax and the money was +- 100 000shirt but she is going to sort that problem. Since May I was waiting and only last month when I asked then it was a document that I didn't sign and send to them. I did send the document and she said it will take a month to resolve this. Last week I sent an email asking the progress and she said she is so sorry because she has git super bad news for me that I can't get the money. The only way is for me to deposit the money that I used back to them so she can start the whole process over again. I am not sure who is robbing ne here CRF or Maryke Spies but someone is robbing me in December my children's money. I bought a house and I was short and I promised the people they will get their money when I get this one as it was a big amount. I need an ombudsman to track this for me. I want everyone to be careful of the people acting like helping you while in their own agenda.
I hired a car in CT Airport on the 18 July and returned it in EL Airport on the 22 July. I have been calling and holding until I ran out of airtime. I eventually got someone who gave me an email address to claim my deposit. I sent an email on the 3rd I am still waiting for the deposit amount until today. How long must I wait? a month? a year?
Friday passed I went to Nando's Capetown Adderly Street to buy full chicken and I got it but th chicken ws very bad as the chicken was burned . I love wings I couldn't eat my wings as they were black and dry. Breast was as dry as towel. I love Nando's very much I was so disappointed even my children never enjoyed the chicken. We are the family of 5 we eat Nando's finish one time but that one we had left over that we couldn't eat even n the next as it was worse.
On the 16 April I bought R30 airtime from mtn through capitec bank and the airtime didn't reflect on my phone. I thought it was a network jam so I bought another R30 airtime again as I wanted to make a phone call at the time. The second airtime didn't reflect either after 2hrs of not receiving an SMS telling me my airtime recharge I decided to call mtn. The consultant who helped me advised to be patient and give it an hr and check the balance again. I called again in te ate afternoon and Sibongile said I must send a proof from capitec that the money was deducted. Unfortunately I couldn't at the time and decided to give it a day and call the next day. When I called te lady who was helping me said I must switch off the phone for few minutes and switch on again which I did and nothing happened. I called again after that and was told that my R60 was taken by extra time which I said it is very impossible because I don't qualify for R60 extra time. She didn't understand what my problem was as my money was deducted by extra time. I tried to explain but she she didn't have time for my explanation. The later I called again when I was told that the number I am using is not the number that I know because on their side it reflect 0833 while mu number is 060 so when I said that the lady managed to see my balance of R48. I asked for help now t solve the problem of my money to be accessible but the lady was annoyed by my questions which didn't make sense. I called again and was helped by Farouk John if that is his name because he was also very upset when I asked fr the reference number or his name he even asked me I'd I want help from him or what . He also couldn't help me. I called again today for the last time where I found the rudest of them all her and is Miranda if tat is her name because when I asked her the ref number or name she ws also annoyed . She was upset with the fact tha she is asking me to switch off my phone fir 10 min so I'm telling her that I've been doing this but it is not working and she said now she is doing it I must listen to her and do as she say and when I asked the name she said Miranda and dropped the phone immediately in my ear. Niw I sent a period if payment as they asked and now instant of getting help I'm getting some defensive person. What I needed is to get help of this crossed number and my R60 airtime that has been deducted from my account with my permission. Good day Sir/Madam, Thank you for your email.
