Takes your deposit & then disappears

He took our R22 000 deposit in Nov for balustrade work but never showed up to perform the quoted work. After numerous phone calls (after plenty of excuses and feigned illnesses from him) he eventually showed up at the site in Dec. After drilling two holes he simply disappeared and we haven't been able to get hold of him since!
