SA Broking Funeral Services

Good morning

I have a Funeral Cover with SA Broking Sercives. On the 28 of April I received an sms stating that my debit order or R1675 will go off on the 29 of April. Previously I was paying R570, so it went up with out receiving any emails or sms. It was not commucated with me. Before the R570 I'm paying it was R380. So it went from R380 to R570 and now is R1670 and the cover doesn't go up, still the same. I told them I can not afford it. Now I'm forced to cancel it without getting my premiums back. They told me I'm not gonna get the premiums back.
