I placed my order during the Black Friday promotion. I completed the order on 08-12-2025, and I received confirmation on my side that the process went through. However, when tracking the order, the system shows that it is only a quote and not an actual order. As a result, I have now been informed that I must pay the original (non-promotional) price, which is unfair as I placed the order while the Black Friday promotion was still valid. I respectfully request that Vodacom honours the Black Friday promotional price, as the issue appears to be due to an internal system error rather than any action on my part. I have a Wi-Fi with Axxess, the thing is, i did not renew my service for November, so I did not pay for . Automatically they renew it for me. i spoke to them and instructed to cancel the service cause I can not afford it and I was given a 50% discount which I paid. Now the lady by the name of Ntombizanele is telling me that i need to pay the full amount and I'm being threatened that my account will be handed over to debt collectors cause I did not pay for the services that i did not get. I pay in advance so I'm asking why would i be handed over for the services i did not use. Cause the Wi-Fi was suspended on the 1st of November but I still have to pay for it.
Good morning I have a Funeral Cover with SA Broking Sercives. On the 28 of April I received an sms stating that my debit order or R1675 will go off on the 29 of April. Previously I was paying R570, so it went up with out receiving any emails or sms. It was not commucated with me. Before the R570 I'm paying it was R380. So it went from R380 to R570 and now is R1670 and the cover doesn't go up, still the same. I told them I can not afford it. Now I'm forced to cancel it without getting my premiums back. They told me I'm not gonna get the premiums back. Thank you
I cancelled my rain sim card last month but they have debited my account again to day.
In December 2021 I reported that I did have network several occasions with no help and I told them if they can not resolve the problem then they have to cancel my sim card cause I can not buy mobile data and still debit my account. I last used the sim card in December after complaining to them about the network. Today I was debited twice for the service I did not use. I want my money to my account please.
Yesterday I bought 3 items from Groupon with the hope of getting an extra 10 percent. What I want to know cant they pick it up from their system that you have to get an extra 10 percent? I want my 10 percent please. This is wrong, you cant say there's is an extra 10 percent and you don't get it. i want that 10 percent
On the 17th of March 2015I bought a watch se and a dish rack from Groupon. I waited for the delivery that takes two weeks. I waited foe a month, then I called them to find out the status of my order. They told me that they gonna find out from the supplier and they will come back to me until now, and the date today is the 22 of May 2015. its been more than two month now. if I cant get my staff can the kindly refund me with a two months interest, cause they are keeping my money for their benefit.
