Non Delivery of purchased goods from SA Car Mats.

Extremely disappointed. My pensioner father bought car mats and seat covers . We received the mats but never the car seat covers. The owner completely ignores calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. He has ignored attorneys letters as well as ignoring the Consumer Protector.
