SA Car Mats is a **** stay away
Their Online business is absolutely pathetic, in actual fact they are *****ulent, ******* with the intention of *****ing your money, it's been over a month now, I have still not received the product I paid for on the 1st April 2025, and now continue to beg and wait for my refund. The imperative communication expected to be sent out to paying Clients is non existent, this company should not be allowed to do business in the online digital space in South Africa, very disappointing... Considering their Digitally Signed, Secure website and Professional layout it would be difficult to spot their *****ulent business, I wish I read these reviews prior to my purchase ...Another R2k down the drain ,disappointing ...

Poor Service & Communication.
I ordered a Bin Mat online on the 24th of March - It was shown to be in stock with an indicated delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 Days. It is now the 15th of April and I have not received the Bin Mat. I have had some communication on email & WhatsApp but it has gone quiet since the 8th of April. I have now approached my Bank to reverse the Credit Card Transaction. Poor Service & Communication.

SA Car Mats
I have had an issue with mats which I have been dealing with for years. I ordered mats that is not getting delivered. I made some work of the situation and after speaking to the owner I also spoke to the manufacturers. There is a delay in the supply from the supplier to SA Car mats as the car manufacturers gets preference on supply. No fault of SA Car Mats. Should you have an issue get the facts and contact SA Car mats. I am confident they will assist. No use putting a companies name in disrepute when the manufacturers has changed their supply parameters.

Do not buy from SA Car Mats.
Do not buy from this company. If I could give a zero star rating I would. We ordered a set of mats in July last year. When they arrived they stank of glue and we couldn't use them. We let them sit for a while to see if the smell would disappear but it didn't, so we contacted SA Car Mats to arrange to return them. After many emails, phone calls, and messages the return eventually happened in October. Another 4 months later, after more emails, phone calls, messages, and all sorts of excuses we have still not received a refund of the nearly R3000.00 the mats cost.

Do not buy from SA Car Mats.

Never use SA Car Mats
Definitely a **** site. I paid for goods, never received it, no one replies to WhatsApp's or E-mails. Please Please do not use them, you will loose your money.

I Think that I have been ****med. On placing my order it showed in stock. After paying for my order, I was informed it must be made up. Time has past and trying to track my order is none existent. No reply to any of my mail. I should have done my home-work better. Just be careful when ordering from this company.
