Poor service

They very quick to call to ask you if they can assist you with debt review but they can not even sent the clearence certificate . I did call them in the beginning of the month to ask them what is the process of clearing my name . After few days went past i called again they said they need my papers from the laywers and bank . After I gave them the stuff a lady told me that it will take up to a week for the clearence certifacte . It have been now more then 2 weeks of waiting for that certificate .

I have called more then twice to ask them what is happening why are they not sending it then the lady says she will ask the consulant who is busy with my stuff to call me but she never called me . If they dont make plan to give it to me i will take the next step . I had enough
