They very quick to call to ask you if they can assist you with debt review but they can not even sent the clearence certificate . I did call them in the beginning of the month to ask them what is the process of clearing my name . After few days went past i called again they said they need my papers from the laywers and bank . After I gave them the stuff a lady told me that it will take up to a week for the clearence certifacte . It have been now more then 2 weeks of waiting for that certificate . I have called more then twice to ask them what is happening why are they not sending it then the lady says she will ask the consulant who is busy with my stuff to call me but she never called me . If they dont make plan to give it to me i will take the next step . I had enough
After my complaint on hello peter I still did not recieve a call from fnb to ask what is wrong or how they can help . Like I said in my last complaint , i get different stories from different people after almost week asking for n letter to say i paid up my credit card i still not get anything . I called fnb again to ask where is my letter then the guy rep**** me sorry mam "the credit card does not give paid up letters" So why did they tell me last week I will get it by friday. So who is lying to me ??? How long does it take to get a paid up letter ??? Because i asked the loan departement for a letter by saturday morning i got my letter .
I am so sick and tired of being send from one point to another point . How difficult is it to help me with a paid up letter ??? The loan department helped me less then 10 min . But with the credit department it is a different story. First they tell me i need to log into my app which i struggled because i had to switch phones etc. Then when i went to fnb to help me with the app . I try to log in my banking app without sucess i need my card but i closed my app a long time ago . Then the lady assisted me to call the credit card department . When I spoke to the guy he had a different story . He told me that he need to call the debt review of fnb to help me but they are closed for the day but he said that it will be a process to get my letter . This is one of the reasons why i closed my account because it is always stories . ALL I WANT IS A PAID UP LETTER FOR MY CREDIT CARD THAT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT
Today I recieved a email from this company that I owe money for my ANAESTHETIST that was done by Dr JOHANNES SMIT INCORPORATED. To my suprise the amount is close to R7000 and what suprised me is that the hospital or nor the Dr himself did not tell me that he charged more then the avarage rate for ANAESTHETIST. I believe this blantant ******ion. How can you ask R1000 just for the Dr to tell you he is doing your ANAESTHETIST? R2100 just to look at my blood pressure for a hour and half . This is just unbelievable
I am very dissapointed in GL Attorneys They are quick to send you sms / emails or even call you to tell you you must pay this serent ammount . But when it comes to paid up letters they take forever . It marks 30 days after i made my paid . After plenty calls to the office no letter. There is so many people working on my profile . When I tried to call Caylin Petersen her or his phone goes to voice mail and it says it can not take any new messages . Still after the full payment i get message to say i must pay etc . Very tired and irreted with people that dont do theyre job
I will never ever trust or tell anyone about supersonic. Theyre service is poor . Even after a year that i closed my account they still sent me messages to say i owe them and they even gave me over to someone to get the money . This is pathetic . Why after a year ???? I will not pay that money . They can not send you email to give statements . They even bill you wrong and say did not find your payment but then it is there and they double charge you
I am very upset . I keep on paying them money for my accounts then my ammount still stay the same . So what i am acuatly paying for . One moment my accounts money is low and the next moment sky rocket high . I pay more for intrest then for anything else . I dont have money laying around to settle this account . But if this conituneus i will refuse to pay because i dont get any feedback .
I am very disapointed with middelburg mpumalanga branch . I send a whatsapp with the number that was provided on the internet. When i asked about wathces that i want to sell no one replies me and then they block me on whatsapp . How will you succeed if you this tipe of business ?
