Would give zero rating!!!! I was contacted by Ayanda from Debt Help (NCRDC4500) on 14 July 2025. He told me that they could reduce my interest rates by negotiating with my creditors. I asked him repeatedly whether this would affect my credit or ability to get finance. He assured me that it would not. At no point was I told this was official debt review. I signed based on his false explanation. Only later did I find out that this was in fact a formal debt review application — something I never would have agreed to if I had been told the truth. On 17 July, I was advised by my FNB private banker to cancel immediately, which I did — within the 5-day legal cooling-off period. I sent a formal cancellation email that same day. When I followed up, I spoke to a so-called portfolio manager named Monica, who was not only unfriendly and rude, but also refused to confirm or acknowledge the cancellation we had discussed. She claimed they needed to listen to call recordings first and avoided giving anything in writing. Shortly after, my credit was revoked, my FNB account was overdrawn, and my home loan structure was changed — all because they ignored a valid, legal cancellation. This has been a traumatic and financially damaging experience. I am now in contact with the National Credit Regulator and have formally disputed the listing with Experian. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this company and its consultants. They are not to be trusted.
