n 2022, our company was contacted by SA Directory offering a free listing. We agreed and signed the document based on that promise. To our shock, we were then issued an invoice for R15,000 — for what was supposed to be free. We raised concerns, but the issue was never resolved. Now, in 2025, we’ve received another invoice — this time for R27,000. SA Directory is aggressively demanding payment and threatening to blacklist us. Their communication has become relentless and harassing. We feel trapped in a cycle of unjustified billing and ************. This is not how ethical business is conducted. If you’re a business considering working with SA Directory, be extremely cautious. What starts as a “free listing” may turn into years of stress and financial pressure.

I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding an invoice we received, which pertains to a document we reviewed and completed based on your email correspondence. Firstly, I would like to highlight that the body of your initial email did not disclose any associated costs, which is a key piece of information that would have influenced our decision to proceed. The document contained information about costs in very fine print, which we believe does not constitute adequate disclosure. Upon receiving an invoice for approximately R14k, we attempted to cancel the agreement, only to be informed that cancellation is not possible according to the contract. We are dissatisfied with how this matter was handled and feel that the lack of upfront communication about the costs was misleading. We have made several attempts to discuss this matter over the phone, but have now received a response via email, stating that payment is due, or else legal action will be taken against LTM Energy Group. We hope to resolve this situation and to reach an amicable resolution.

I totally agree with Susan on her review. These people are big **** artists! They phoned me too, telling me this is free and just to fill in our company details. They called nonstop until I eventually filled in the details required, (to be honest, I was thinking "does anyone still us directories?") So it took me about a month before caving and just filling in this stupid form! Anyway, a week later I receive an invoice for R15000! They called and I emailed them back the email they've originally sent saying FREE at the bottom of the forms. Anyway, last week I received a "lawyer's Letter" from them. I ignored this too as I know this whole thing is one big ****. I am sure there are lots of people that fall victim to this and I hope they read or check up on this company!

I recently had a regrettable experience with SA Directory, and I feel compelled to share my story to alert others about their questionable business practices. Initially, they contacted our company frequently, claiming it was for information updates. However, this soon proved to be a guise for their true intentions. They misled us into signing a document under false pretenses, promising a free service. To our dismay, a month later, we received an unexpected invoice. Despite having updated our information ourselves, they insisted on payment, leading us to believe that this was a case of outright *****. Refusing to succumb to their tactics, we expressed our unwillingness to pay for a service we did not request nor benefit from. What followed was a barrage of persistent calls, even after clearly stating our position. Putting them on hold or ignoring their calls didn't deter them, as they continued their relentless pursuit. It's disheartening that a company engages in such ************ practices, taking advantage of unsuspecting businesses. I wonder if there are legal authorities that can intervene and hold SA Directory accountable for their actions. A thorough investigation by programs like Carte Blanche could potentially expose and address such *****ulent behavior. In conclusion, I advise caution to anyone considering engaging with SA Directory. Be wary of their tactics, and if possible, explore legal avenues to protect your business from their deceptive practices.
