SA DIRECTORY/ THE SHERIFFS OFFICE DURBAN PTY LTD I reported this 2 years ago. A complete **** trying to ****** money for absolutely nothing. Although the legal system advised me to block and ignore them they *****ulently accessed my business account via netcash which was reported to fnb ***** and they were slapped on the wrist but they continue to try intimidate now using an alternative ****ming company called The sheriff office Durban! Please check your Experian credit report as they have managed to get a default *******ity and can only assume they have a syndicate operating at the credit bureau!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!! These ********s need to be locked up!!
Please no not confuse this business with Dream furniture baby and kids. This is not connected or affiliated in any way whatsoever. This business claims to supply dining room kitchen and lounge furniture and has both to do with baby’s and children

After 2 months of ordering my new decoder with premium service in December and after chasing up many times we finally received the new decoder late January this year. Since then we have had endless faults and were advised that although our decoder is brand new and faulty we cannot get a new replacement only a refurbished version. We have had two of these and the regular fault persists on a monthly basis. Whereby we loose connection E48 have to call in wait hours for assistance and get cutoff with absolutely no help! We have had our installer out several times at extra charge to us and only to be assured that our connection is perfect it’s dstv and decoder problems. Usually if we wait with no service for 3-4 days it eventually comes back on miraculously! We are sick and tired of this happening every 3-4 weeks with no service or support never mind a solution for which we pay R1200 a month and zero ability to watch dstv a few days each month! We want to give the decoder back immediately and cancel our contract due to dstv non performance!! Absolutely done now!!
I ordered and signed up for the latest decoder at the end of December 2022- I was assured I would receive it within 2 working days. It is now a month later and after calls to follow up, and even taking time on my Sunday to go into the client center in Randburg last weekend I have been left with empty promises once again with no calls to update me as promised and no sign of my decoder!! PATHETIC!!
Appalling service for a client of 20 years plus! I visited the Clearwater store for an upgrade quote and discovered that I have no longer got the finance option on my account for upgrades - even though I have 3 accounts due for upgrades - I am spending in excess of R4k a month - never missed a payment and my credit score is perfectly fine...... I have waited for Vodacom to call and explain but I am still waiting!! 1. Long term quality well paying clients are not important or valued by Vodacom 2. Vodacom are not interested in retaining quality clients 3. If I don't receive a call today I will take all my business to a provider that values my business
We received a call from a woman to say she is calling from SA Directory services – she only asked us to confirm our company contact details – we thought she was from Telkom and filled ion the form she sent- (this was after she kept calling to nag us to send back the details) I am extremely concerned that they have my details as they made me believe it was Telkom who supplies our office landline Today we received an email claiming we now owe them R15k !!! we have no idea who they are, nor what they have apparently done for us??? and did not enter into any agreement or acceptance of any fee what so ever!! The call was merely to confirm the company details!! We responded to them as follows; This is FRAUD!! I am going to report you to the CPA IMMEDIATELY – you merely asked me to confirm my correct contact details !! How dare you just assume we should be prepared to pay R15 000!! DISGUSTING!!! I AM NOT PAYING 1 CENT!!! Clearly the plan was to trick us into some sort of billing!! We have just received a very rude and intimidating call from them to say we better be careful and we will pay attention when they black list us!! Then slammed the phone down! Who on earth are these people I suggest they are investigated for fraudulent and contravention of the CPA act in the highest order!! We note there is only a mobile number and no name or office line – are these people con artists- cannot believe a legit business would operate this way!! We have noted all the exact same Hello Peter complaints with horror!! Scammers do not think for one minute that those of us who work hard to make an HONEST living will simply allow you to steal the efforts of our hand earned labour!!
Premier client for 30 years treatment is appallingly ! Don’t bother with fnb personal bank they really don’t care. You are a number with unqualified people to assist extremely poorly. Find another bank rather!!
Excellent service, prices and quality- Thank you to Christo and his team- they have really made an effort to support us with any follow ups since our installation over a year ago! These guys can be trusted- we recommend them all the time!
