I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding an invoice we received, which pertains to a document we reviewed and completed based on your email correspondence.
Firstly, I would like to highlight that the body of your initial email did not disclose any associated costs, which is a key piece of information that would have influenced our decision to proceed. The document contained information about costs in very fine print, which we believe does not constitute adequate disclosure.
Upon receiving an invoice for approximately R14k, we attempted to cancel the agreement, only to be informed that cancellation is not possible according to the contract. We are dissatisfied with how this matter was handled and feel that the lack of upfront communication about the costs was misleading.
We have made several attempts to discuss this matter over the phone, but have now received a response via email, stating that payment is due, or else legal action will be taken against LTM Energy Group. We hope to resolve this situation and to reach an amicable resolution.
