Bad experience with owner

Recently did some business with the owner of this company Avelino, had a bad experience due to his indecisive nature, manipulation techniques and offensive behavior. My staff were no longer willing to work for this unreasonable person and this created an extremely hostile environment. Worked tirelessly for more than a month and left empty handed.
