SA Floors Flaws

Jacques Malan is unprofessional both in his service and in how he conducts himself as a person. If I had to rate this company I'd give them minus stars. in fact not a star at all. And I see on HelloPeter they have -100. They said it would take 4 days, it took 10. And it's still not done. Jacques assured us there won't be a single speck of dust because their machines have vacuums in with bags on the sides that collect the dust. They arrived with other machines and made so much dust we couldn't be in the building, even the office building is still coated in dust. They arrived at 9.30am on the first day of work and couldn't begin til 11.30am because they had to wait for Jacques to arrive with the correct plug. Jacques drops his team off without supervision. The team grinding our concrete floor had no dust mask or protective eye wear at all. only when we told him it was wrong, did he go and buy for his guys and bring it on day 3. He said they would work night shifts, they did not. Our floors are not only incomplete, but they are ruined. The concrete has been damaged, the sealant is not double coat whatsoever, the floor is not sealed. Other contractors coming for other works have commented on the shoddy work, not knowing anything about it. it's been 4 working days since they stopped showing up for work and they hasn't come back. after 2 days Jacques came for a walk through, with long stories. The product he has used is not food safe, as we have in writing he said it is. He left all his rubbish behind even though we've been told 'his guy will be there within the hour'. The admin is shocking, with incorrect VAT amounts and incorrect details that take 3 or 4 days to correct, or not at all as it now stands. They are still emailing invoices?! good joke. I feel sorry for JP in the office and all Jacques's employees
