EXTREMELY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!

Extremely bad service from this company. I asked for a quote and received it quite quickly. They did not send me a document to mark off what items I had. I only sent them a list. Didn't ask how many boxes, how many potplants, nothing. I paid 50% deposit and the booking was made for 18/12/25. I was told that by Cobus that Carolus will let me know what time the truck will be collecting. I had to phone on the 17th to find out. Then Lucas told me they were running late can they collect on the 19th. I did not accept it and then he wanted to know if they can collect the 17th at 20h00. Never arrived. The driver called and said it will be collected on the 18th. I was expecting a truck, but a contracter arrived with a bakkie and an open trailer in the pouring rain. No company name on the bakkie or truck and without any documentation. Forgot the tarpaulin apparently in Umhlanga and had to drive back there with my stuff. So delivery was also delayed. They requested payment even before they delivered. 🤬
