Best foof
The best dog food. My pitbul suffers with arthritis and since I started feeding her Dr Hahnz, she no longer needs meducation. Why is it that only Checkers stock Dr Hahnz and for small breed they only stock 1 flavour?

EXTREMELY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!
Extremely bad service from this company. I asked for a quote and received it quite quickly. They did not send me a document to mark off what items I had. I only sent them a list. Didn't ask how many boxes, how many potplants, nothing. I paid 50% deposit and the booking was made for 18/12/25. I was told that by Cobus that Carolus will let me know what time the truck will be collecting. I had to phone on the 17th to find out. Then Lucas told me they were running late can they collect on the 19th. I did not accept it and then he wanted to know if they can collect the 17th at 20h00. Never arrived. The driver called and said it will be collected on the 18th. I was expecting a truck, but a contracter arrived with a bakkie and an open trailer in the pouring rain. No company name on the bakkie or truck and without any documentation. Forgot the tarpaulin apparently in Umhlanga and had to drive back there with my stuff. So delivery was also delayed. They requested payment even before they delivered. 🤬

I have been with Outsurance for many years
I have been with Outsurance for many years. Their service have always been very professional and friendly. Claims are dealt with fast and efficient. No other company has been able to insure for less. Outsurance are definately the best.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
I cancelled my subscription on the 28th May. They keep on debiting my account. I have spoken to numerous people at the call centre. I want my money back immediately. Stop telling me it will be sent to the freaking billing dept!!! I want written confirmation that the subscription was cancelled on the 28th May as requested and that the payment was stopped and cancelled. I want a refund for the amount of R258.87 debited on the 1st July. Please don't tell me it will be dealt with by your billing dept. I want an answer and refund today!!!

BAD SERVICE!!!!
The worst service ever received from any company. I cancelled my subscription on 28 May. I am a pensioner and I cannot afford this anymore. They kept on trying to debit my bank account which cost me every time because I don't have suffucient funds. It seems like they simply refuse to cancel. I am absolutely livid. I received money in my account yesterday and to my utmost horror they put the payment through today!! All my money ****** for domething that was supposed to be cancelled. I requested a refund immediately, but they just cannot do it. My cancellation request has been sent to the so called retentions department again!! How many times do you have to request cancellation and not to put payments through ?? I want an immediate refund and cancellation comfirmation today!!! Not within the next 24 to 48 hours but today. I need those funds urgently.

Bad service
I cancelled my subscription on the 28th May and received confirmation that it was cancelled. They keep trying to debit my bank account for the payment. I have contacted them several times to get it sorted. The reason it was cancelled is because I cannot afford it anymore. Every time the payment is declined by the bank because of insufficient funds I have to pay fees.

Oneplan Health Insurance
Oneplan medical insurance is the most *********** insurance I have ever come across. They will find any excuse not to pay claims. They require statements from doctors etc and then still won't process it. Then ask for detailed statements. What do they want? A whole history or essay with reasons why you were at the doctor? And please don't even think that you can be admitted to hospital even if it is urgent. I know there is a waiting period of a year. But if you need hospitilisation urgently? Surely they can make an exception to the rule! I asked to speak to a manager, but they are too holy to be spoken to. They will call you back, but they don't.
