I registered for the Marketing Innovation Summit, which was scheduled for July 3-4, 2024, at Vodacom World, Midrand, Johannesburg. On June 28, I received an email informing me that the event had been rescheduled to August 1-2, 2024, due to unforeseen circumstances with the venue.

Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I am unable to attend the new dates. I requested a full refund since I had paid in full for the original dates. While I received an acknowledgement of my request and was assured that refunds would be processed promptly, I have followed up multiple times and have yet to receive my refund.
