Been working with Sa joinery almost 20 years great company as with all supplier there will always be issues but NEVER have they not been resolved. Below comments are not accurate towards this company. Anyone researching Sajoinery can phone me personally and come see me in Serengeti on my active sites which I still use them and will in future. 0768112441

After much deliberation we decided to place an order with SA Joinery for a very expensive wooden door. The required deposit of R9,000 was paid on the 20th of July and the 10-14 working day delivery date was never met. The first door delivered was not stained as required and also manufactured incorrectly. After the eventual delivery I received the statement and a call from SA Joinery at the beginning of September for the balance of R2,500 on which I stated to them the accessories for the door was not supplied in the quantities we ordered, nothing was done to the invoices and I have been handed over to attorneys for the balance outstanding, two weeks after their call.<br> I don't know how they do business and even if they know how but this was a very stressful and disappointing experience which I do not wish on anybody else, especially when you have to fork out a lot of money for absolutely no service.

We bought wooden doors, sliding doors, folding doors, door frames and windows from SA Joinery in 2015. Everything else was delivered except the doors. We tried several times to contact Willem Joubert with no success. We tried calling, left messages and sent emails, he just ignores us.
