Bad service, Lies and not honouring warranty!!

We installed a solar geyser and panels from SA Pool & Domestic Heating cc Distributors, installations of solar heating panels and geysers. Owner Ben Stapelberg.

Exactly Three years later in October the water suddenly goes cold and they promise to come fix it since the warranty says 5 years but they never do, 2 months later of constant calling and emails with them saying they'll come they get tracked down in December 2018 at the address below and brought home to come fix it. The geyser "is fixed", but a few weeks later, it starts leaking(loads of water, leaking hecticly) and yet after another 2 months of constant calling and emails again...they still to date have not come and have now started ignoring my whole family's calls. Geyser still leaks and we've had to close it off meaning no hot water for over 3 months. :(. One of our kettles even exploded and gave in and the urn we got is also getting strained.

The Owner keeps lying about coming or having sent someone, at some point he even said he had a replacement geyser which never surfaced.

These people have horrible service and lie about everything.
