Disappointing service! No value for money.
Very unprofessional, Ordered a cake. Had a discussion with one of their people (Khanyisile) via email on my customisation, thought all was understood. Was then only notified a few hours before delivery that they can’t customise my cake (no explanations) and that I will just have to get what they give as per the pictures on their website. Over R1600 down the drain! Very disappointing!1 reply

Vodacom insurance and Finrite a Scam.
Horrible work ethics, they reject claims based on senseless and incorrect reasoning, when you respond and try show them to rectify their mistakes they ignore and ghost you. Sent a claim and many follow up emails and still no response. The likes of Primrose Pholo • *** Patricia Tilotsane • *** and Thuto Mashigo • *** have all been contacted and left the emails ignored as well as the deviceinsurance email itself gets left unattended, rubbish insurance and even worse employees.. Paying VODACOM cellphone insurance is a scam.3 replies
