Not honouring their warranty

SA Pools constructed our concrete pool in 2012. Within a year of the pool being built, the Marbellite came off in several places, which causes the concrete to be visible. We have been trying since 2013 to get them to come out to our house to assess the situation and provide feedback. <br> <br> They (Estelle and the Mr Snygans (CEO)) are ignoring us completely. Estelle keeps promising that someone will come to our house, but these turn out to be a way of getting me off her back. They are not honoring their warranties and are in breach of their contract as they communicated a 10 year warranty on the pool construction.<br> <br> Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and the contract is not worth the paper it is written on.<br>
