Poor service and Empty promises
Did my pool with them on the 16TH August 2022 and they were quick and quite persistent to come and do my pool. Once done I paid in full and was promised that they will be back after 3 days to inspect the pool and issue a certificate for the 10 year warrantee (that will be voided if I fill my pool before the came back), I was also promised a sand change in my Filter free of charge. The paint dried and made some pretty sharp points that was supposed to be sanded down during the inspection for the 10 year warranty certificate that's supposed to be issued. Well it is now the 29th August and almost 2 weeks later, numerous promises and me trying to fit my schedule in with the empty promises and my pool is still empty and not complete! I have tried all means to get them to come and finish up, but are just being messed around. If you consider using them then don't pay the full amount till the job is 100% complete and you are satisfied that you did get what was promised!

Poor workmanship & bad service
SAPools recently renovated our swimming pool. They forgot to seal the back of the new lights they installed. They refused to repair the lights until they were sure they were the cause of the leak & in the meantime we lost 70 000lts of water & our new black marbelite cracked. The cracks have been repaired but the marbelite doesn’t look the same & the lights sealed. The job wasn’t supervised at all. The lights have started leaking again & we are calling in a different pool company to help us. I wouldn’t recommend SAPools to anyone.

Been waiting for a response for 2 months
From the start they build us a swimming pool which was created and after 4 years there comes the problems, now we phoned for a quote and for them to come have a look and we dont mind to pay, but no response in 2 months and still waiting

Not honouring waranty
SA Pools installed my pool in August last year. Since December the solar panel has been leaking. I have been trying to get them to my house for over 7 months to fix the panel but I have only been ignored. <br> <br> I would strongly advise against using them. There lack of willingness to make good on their warranty is shocking.

We have been trying since 2013 to get them to come out to our house to assess the situation and provide feedback. <br> <br> They (Estelle and the Mr Snygans (CEO)) are ignoring us completely. Estelle keeps promising that someone will come to our house, but these turn out to be a way of getting me off her back. They are not honoring their warranties and are in breach of their contract as they communicated a 10 year warranty on the pool construction.<br> <br> Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and the contract is not worth the paper it is written on.<br>

SA Pools don't deliver
On 26 March 2015 I ordered a new pool from SA Pools. Their contract stipulated a 90% payment on signature with the balance to be paid on the day before delivery.<br> <br> On the day before they were supposed to deliver, the CEO phoned me and told me that there was a problem with the pool and that they will have to re-manufacture the pool. He then promised that the pool will be delivered a week later.<br> <br> In the meantime the send me the \day before delivery"invoice for tye balance of the contract amount. This amount was then alsy paid.<br> <br> It is now 2 months later and I have no pool"
