Hi, as you know i struggle a lot with glocell, the past 4 months we started to have some issues as my debit order bounced , from May to now still bounced , in May i called them to change my debit order date which they didnt do. Right , if it was changed then it wouldnt have bounced in June, but no it did. June month i called them again a week before the debit order time to change it, but still havnt changed it so yes it bounced again. After probibly 2 hours of holding on and droping calls and promises that they wil call me back ect but it does not happen, long story short, they disabled my service because it bounced 4 months apparently , today i phoned them again and thought oky something is going to happen, what a fool of me to thought that, they acctualy told me to pay the WHOLE account going forward as they disabled my Simcard (number) . Why should i pay the whole amount and not only the outstanding of the 4 months ? I am willing to clear it Instant today but they dont want that they want the whole amount? Even though i think i did enough effort to let them understand that please change the debit order date? Also the UNEDUCATED people in the call centre wow! my gosh. TERRIBLE! I spoke to some lady who thinks the WOLD se owns, her name is Balliseng or something like that, oky enough Glocell , i need feedback regarding why didnt you change the dates like i asked? i wil still pay the outstanding fee but not the whole contract balance which is ending 2019 , you can still take the monthly usage amount via debit order IF you fix your side. AND i wil only pay today going forward if my Number is active, give me a call or whatsover needed to be done, as from today i wont do any other effort towards you. Thanks oh and be carefull.
<p>At the start of this year i opened a contract with glocell for the msc promotion .</p> <p>We had to register before 30 November 00;00 , so i did send in the customer form before the cut of time, and they said alow up to 10 days for feedback on the bookings ect.</p> <p>Today is the21 Desember 2016 and yet have not recieved any feedback, I call them everyday for around 30 minutes to 1 hours and they dont answer the phone, NO one can exsplain to me whats going on, I phoned glocell support line to ask them whats going on and they simply said it closed the promotion but i did register in time?? Why dont i get the promotion?</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel like just stop paying them to be honest, Never in my life would i ever think of doing bussiness with them again, Thanks for the FAKE adverti*****t.</p>
aplied for a copy of registration for a vehicle, 2 weeks back and i was there every day to ask progress as Polokwane need a ref number- in 2 weeks time they havent uet send the application in, they are full of stories, it is the trafic and licensing department in Marble Hall Limpopo 0450 , today still have no feedback and still not done
From the start they build us a swimming pool which was created and after 4 years there comes the problems, now we phoned for a quote and for them to come have a look and we dont mind to pay, but no response in 2 months and still waiting
