Not honouring waranty

SA Pools installed my pool in August last year. Since December the solar panel has been leaking. I have been trying to get them to my house for over 7 months to fix the panel but I have only been ignored. <br> <br> I would strongly advise against using them. There lack of willingness to make good on their warranty is shocking.
