On 26 March 2015 I ordered a new pool from SA Pools. Their contract stipulated a 90% payment on signature with the balance to be paid on the day before delivery.<br> <br> On the day before they were supposed to deliver, the CEO phoned me and told me that there was a problem with the pool and that they will have to re-manufacture the pool. He then promised that the pool will be delivered a week later.<br> <br> In the meantime the send me the \day before delivery"invoice for tye balance of the contract amount. This amount was then alsy paid.<br> <br> It is now 2 months later and I have no pool"
