Doesn't assist with your tax

I paid the owner upfront to do my tax return for me - biggest mistake. After 2 weeks of promises and plenty of excuses as to why she hadn't done my tax, I demanded my documents and money back. Glad I did, as I don't think she ever intended doing my tax on time. I am still waiting for my money and as always she has a new excuse each time as to why she doesn't have the money. Also blames me for not being patient with regards to her doing the work and that she could have done it a long time ago - total contradiction of her stories. As far as I am concerned she shouldn't have used the money I gave her until she had done the work.
