Terrible Service - Biggest Regret

Very, very bad communication. You have to beg for feedback. It was the biggest mistake to use this company.

I saved a few thousand Rand by going through them, but have spent hours and hours, months and months trying to get them to just follow up or keep me informed.

Eventually they just told me to go check at SARS if it's been finalised, after saying that they would follow up directly. I guess it became too difficult to keep ignoring me.
