Stay very far away from SA Telecoms, i have a reseller option with them, i have active clients and active numbers with them, time and again my portal is blocked for access, i don't owe them any money at all, my clients suffer and causes me problems. Many excuses, can never provide new DID numbers to allocate to my clients. No reseller/agent support.
They blocked access to my portal due to inactivity, but there is active numbers in the system in daily use, so what inactivity is there. Do i owe you any money? When did you notify me that access will be blocked? When did you communicate with me? What about my clients that has actual numbers and services on the portal, which i can not access now.
Restore the access to the services immediately. After more than 2 years of being your client you come up with this nonsense, why did this "inactivity" issue never come up before?
