Unfortunately wont recommend

We were very happy to find an affordable company and the team was very friendly however we are not at all happy with the work done. Our thatch still leaks in. On the day of completion I sent a photo as I was a bit concerned about the work done, I asked will it not rain and I was told no it won't. However it still rains in it's like it was never repaired at all. We know that grass was added however it's exactly as before so we feel like we just wasted our money. Spoke to the owner and till today waiting for a resolution that will probably never come.

Cheap is not always the best unfortunately 😞
