Cannot use local and or international flight services and accomidation after work and after university

How am I supposed to use the travel and tourism services after university and after work if the banking and financial services don't work?

I cannot book and pay for the flights and the accommodation provided by any flights and or airline companies because the the financial services offered by the local and or international banks are not self service and just decline with insufficient funds errors.

All through school and after university and after working for several years.
