Disgusting customer service
Put a claim through in November with savm, still waiting for my claim to either be approved or declined. Sent numerous emails to customer care and service consultants but they dont respond. Rather opt for a bidvest policy where your installments are cheaper and you get a better service.

12 Mar 2026, 09:58It's funny how it takes 16 minutes to respond on social media but 3 months to approve a claim, a week and counting for customer care to respond to my email which they said 48 hours..
Still waiting for my call that I should be expecting probably anytime from now till next year just like my claim. Or must I put my claim through to social media for faster assistance?
Come month end you will still debut me , so what service am in actually paying for ?
Your company has road side assist what happens if im stuck or in an emergency does that process also take 3 months ?
