SABC clones account and sue if you don't pay the clone account

Been paying my TV licence for all these year only to find they made a clone account and being sued by dep collectors now. Try to mail and phone SABC to resolve this urgent matter but to no avail they just don't answer any of their phones or reply on emails 😕

Plz can anyone help in this urgent matter
