I was writing to Candice Lane (GM Reservations) regarding my reservation for two persons from 6 March to 13 March 2026 at Sabi River Bush Lodge in Hazyview, Mpumalanga. The room that was provided on arrival did absolutely not meet the conditions and standards agreed upon at the time of booking and payment. The room was in a very poor condition and significantly below the expected quality, especially considering that other rooms at the property had been renovated. Due to these circumstances, we found the accommodation unacceptable and were forced to leave after three nights. I therefore requested a refund for the remaining four nights, totaling ZAR 10,884.00, which is the amount owed. I have already sent several emails to the General Manager of Reservations Candice Lane and have attempted to reach the office by phone, but I have not received any response. I requested that this matter should be resolved promptly. Up to today that didnt happen.
