Never in my life have I been spoken to the way Phillip from SACBR spoke to me in the last two weeks. Putting the phone down in my ear in the middle of a conversation and using words I would not use with my worst enemy. If that is the kind of service one gets from the owner and founder of a company I am very glad that I never have to work with them again. What has happened to the world in terms of client service. I work with people from KUSA on a regular basis and I have never once been unhappy with their service or the level of decency they show towards their clients. Like I said luckily I do not have any other dogs registered with SACBR because I will never work with them again.
