Never in my life have I been spoken to the way Phillip from SACBR spoke to me in the last two weeks. Putting the phone down in my ear in the middle of a conversation and using words I would not use with my worst enemy. If that is the kind of service one gets from the owner and founder of a company I am very glad that I never have to work with them again. What has happened to the world in terms of client service. I work with people from KUSA on a regular basis and I have never once been unhappy with their service or the level of decency they show towards their clients. Like I said luckily I do not have any other dogs registered with SACBR because I will never work with them again.
How is it possible for any company in these troubling times to increase your policy by almost 50%. going from R452 to R699 in one month is outrageous. Is this how they work, give you the cheaper option so they can get your business and the first chance they get they put it up by that much. In this year I have been with them I have never even claimed once but still this is happening.
I previously placed a review about Scoot delivery . Even though I am still not happy with the service I did (not) receive from them, have to say, at least they paid my money back after about three weeks. But do not get me wrong I still would not recommend them to anyone.
Never order from Scoot. I placed my order for Mc Donalds on Saturday at 18:42. I tried contacting them as I could see the status of my order does not change from "received". The only way one can contact them is through the Chat on the app, but that is only answered by a computer and you never get though to a person. I was never able to get hold of anyone and by 19:51 received an sms stating my order was cancelled due to the store being offline. I paid my order via my credit card and up until today (Wednesday) have not been contacted by anyone to arrange for my refund. You do not even have to try to contact them as you can not get in touch with them. The service is terrible. I did not have food for my kids on Saturday evening and I am not able to get my refund for the payment done.
