Refusal to remove debt orders

I have been sending emails to Hotspotter, Rescuebox and Safetybox for many months now and they refuse to remove the debit orders against my account. All 3 companies give the same person as the 'contact person' for queries (Serena Govender) and I am sure that this person does not exist. I get emails saying that the debt orders still went through because of a 20 day cancellation period which they have on their system - but after many emails over many months they are still active. NEVER EVER do business with any one of these companies.
