unauthorized account
Since last year i have been trying to call this Commit technologies because i saw them on my report and i dnt know them it two account safety box and society i want them off my credit record

To be removed from ITC i never have any account with this company
Good evening All, I have downloaded my ITC report and on my report I sow this company says that am paying R 59 which I have no idea at all about them and i called them that i don't have any account with them on the 9 March 2022 i spoken to Nelly who provided me with this reference number 3067514 and she told me that it will be removed within 21 days. i have been contacting them every time they will tell me the same story of 21 day it will be removed but nothing happened up to now. They have confirmed that i don't have account with them. My problem why they don't remove my name from the ITC . I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAVE AN DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE DID THEY GET MY CONTACT DETAILS. IT IS NOT FAR THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS WHILE I DID NOT HAVE ANY AGREEMENT WITH. THIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIETLY.

Refusal to remove debt orders
I have been sending emails to Hotspotter, Rescuebox and Safetybox for many months now and they refuse to remove the debit orders against my account. All 3 companies give the same person as the 'contact person' for queries (Serena Govender) and I am sure that this person does not exist. I get emails saying that the debt orders still went through because of a 20 day cancellation period which they have on their system - but after many emails over many months they are still active. NEVER EVER do business with any one of these companies.

I recently found out that these people whoever they are, have been deducting money from my account without my authorization. The amount is small, but it resulted in me having a bad credit record.

Safety Box Stealing my money
I have been subscribed to Safety Box without any approval for this to be done. I upgraded my vodacom contract and suddenly i have been receiving a debit order from Safety Box for R80 a month. I am a pensioner and every cent counts, i have emailed your so called support email address to cancel the contract and nothing has come of it. Between Vodacom and Safety Box you are a bunch of thieves, I never signed ANY paperwork saying i approve a debit order to go off of my account. I have tried to cancel this contrat many times with no response. My next steps will be to get a lawyers letter write to you and if no joy is given i will open a case of theft at the police as you are stealing from me monthly. I am not happy at all.
