Webafrica debited my wife paid webafrica on the 1st of June 2022 still Webafrica debited my wife account on same day R 599.00 we called them and we confirmed our banking details. Yesterday late via the chat i have been communicating with Vinchenzo who requested us to screen shot banking statement since from them it show that it was paid on 3rd of June which we did. Today same person requested my wife to send baking statement which she did and now they are telling my wife that they will call me today or tomorrow am not sure for what and account which was used to debit is under my wife names. I AM EXTREMLY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT WEBAFRICA. They don't want to refund us they keep on saying the finance is looking at this matter we have sent complain to the complain depart nothing from them . You can get through to the billing department. Service is very very poor. i them deducting another payment. POOR POOR SERVICE
Good evening All, I have downloaded my ITC report and on my report I sow this company says that am paying R 59 which I have no idea at all about them and i called them that i don't have any account with them on the 9 March 2022 i spoken to Nelly who provided me with this reference number 3067514 and she told me that it will be removed within 21 days. i have been contacting them every time they will tell me the same story of 21 day it will be removed but nothing happened up to now. They have confirmed that i don't have account with them. My problem why they don't remove my name from the ITC . I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAVE AN DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE DID THEY GET MY CONTACT DETAILS. IT IS NOT FAR THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS WHILE I DID NOT HAVE ANY AGREEMENT WITH. THIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIETLY.
