Safety signs & equipment (Germiston)

I ordered a reflective safety board to be made for my trucking business. The company prepared the art work which I approved. I made the final payment in the hope that I will get my board within 24-48 hours as noted on the website and invoice. Somehow the waybill from the courier company (a popular one) stated to expect the delivery after about seven days-including weekends. I made a complaint to the Safety Signs & Equipment staff I had been in contact with. Unfortunately it was on Friday and so the consultant informed me that she will talk to the other team members on Monday about my issue. First thing Monday morning I was contacted and asked for the waybill (I did not send it as I was frustrated). That same day-in the afternoon-my package arrived. The board and artwork far exceeded my expectation at that affordable price point. I will be doing more business with the company as they did a great job and salvaged the situation expeditiously. Even the courier delivery guys were very friendly and informative. Special shout out to Shannon & Heidie.
