Refund not done 1 month later and excuses each time
Ordered dust coats in mid February. Instructed to make immediate payment and good will be delivered. After full amounts were paid , few days later still no delivery. When I called , it was stories that they don’t have the stock. I asked for full refund and nothing paid back. After few days , they call to say stock finally arrived. By then I didn’t need the stock but accepted it to be delivered knowing I may not get a refund. Upon delivery , 10 items were short. They stated they will repay back the difference of the shorts totalling around R1207.50. We called few times after that for a week and each time an excuses by Nicolette/nicolene. A. Month later and still no payment. Claims director in Zambia. What sort of business holds back refunds. Lies it appears. I just called now and claim they made a payment but can’t provide pop. I doubt they will pay and if they want to ***** my money then should just be honest but not have a bad attitude and play the victim. Beware of paying them in advance as I will never deal with them again. I was refused to speak to the director or finance people and told by Valencia HR is making payment lol 😂 I thought finance does payments. They surely unprofessional so please beware. Rather but from people you trust !

Safety Supplies are scammers.
Safety Supplies 52 1st Avenue, Dunvegan, Edenvale Tel No. 011 453 1000, 0871536212 Such scammers! They need to be arrested.. Safety Supplies in Edenvale and Germiston I ordered safety shoes online on June 7th 2022 and they made me to pay as if they had stock and they would deliver, after a week I checked and was told they are waiting for stock. Was asked to send proof of payment of which I did. 2 weeks later I decided to find another supplier with a seamless service. I asked for a refund, they promised to do it within 7 days… till today beginning of October I still haven’t received my money. Every time I called they would say they are busy with it or I will get it the following Friday, they are checking with accounts and would come back to me. I would never receive any feedback until I call again. Now the guy doesn’t take my calls anymore… 👿 Mind you I used the same bank as them. I’m sure too many people have been scammed by this company!!! Please be careful and not be a victim!!!

Dissatisfied customer - Daylight robbery
This is the worst company I have done business with. I purchased an item of clothing from the store in October 2021. The item was too small so I physically dropped it off at their premises in Edenvale in the first week of November 2021. I was told that I need to submit my banking details which I did on the 3 November 2021. It is now the 7 Feb 2022 and no refund to date!!! I have tried to call and leave messages for the guy dealing with the matter Trevor Sibanda and he keeps telling me that accounts has my details and that they will refund me shortly. I was told this since December 2021. I will never purchase anything from this company as these people don't know what they are doing. I urge people out there not to purchase anything from this company as they seem to be thieves!!!! This is simply not about the money but merely a principle issue!!!

I bought me a pair of safety boots at Staffwear in Montague Gardens a week back had it on for about a hour to hour and a half at home .Made my top of my foot my anckle sore there phone nr doesn't work email them and got feedback give my wife the run around and are cuming up with all sorts of bull**** excess wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there

I Would like to advise anyone out there not to call or engage with a company from Durban which goes by the name of Safety Suppliers. The contact person is Zama Hadebe and her contact details are: 067 839 9204 or 031 828 2486. Their address is just a complex. They are scammers. The company looks authentic online however the company does not exist. They engage with you in the most professional manner and end up sending you a quotation. Do not transfer any money to their bank account, they are professional fraudsters.

Be careful when dealing with a "company" called Safety Suppliers in Durban. We have reason to believe they are scammers. Can't confirm physical address on google; company number belongs to another company in Jhb; VAT number does not exist. A friend of mine ordered infra-red thermometers from this business. Paid the invoice; only to not receive the goods or get any feedback. Although the company still responds to requests for quotes (3/5/2020). Also still advertise that they have stock on hand.
