I went there for a Doppler scan and told the receptionist when making the appointment that I will pay cash and they gave me a rate. Firsty , I had to wait almost 1 hour before being taken in only to then find that the doctor radiologist was also informed late that I was there and he himself was not happy. A day later , I see my medical aid claim charged for just under 4k whereas the cash rate was 2450 which I expected to be billed for. When I queried, the messages weee avoiding the cash price and I stated it will be queried with medical aid and they should reverse the charge of the difference highe tariff or I’m happy to pay the 2450 and they reimburse the medical ****. It’s been well Over a week and the medical aid also not getting a positive response from them to get resolved. Beware when going to Proscan in Rosebank and ensure you ask the price upfront. It appears that some service providers are just too quick to claim from medical aid like an open cheque book! I am hopeful that the medical aid will get this resolved too and not allow such service providers to get away with things like this to patients. Proscan , do the right thing !
Ordered dust coats in mid February. Instructed to make immediate payment and good will be delivered. After full amounts were paid , few days later still no delivery. When I called , it was stories that they don’t have the stock. I asked for full refund and nothing paid back. After few days , they call to say stock finally arrived. By then I didn’t need the stock but accepted it to be delivered knowing I may not get a refund. Upon delivery , 10 items were short. They stated they will repay back the difference of the shorts totalling around R1207.50. We called few times after that for a week and each time an excuses by Nicolette/nicolene. A. Month later and still no payment. Claims director in Zambia. What sort of business holds back refunds. Lies it appears. I just called now and claim they made a payment but can’t provide pop. I doubt they will pay and if they want to ***** my money then should just be honest but not have a bad attitude and play the victim. Beware of paying them in advance as I will never deal with them again. I was refused to speak to the director or finance people and told by Valencia HR is making payment lol 😂 I thought finance does payments. They surely unprofessional so please beware. Rather but from people you trust !
It is almost 10 months since I logged my complaint and query and I have spoken to numerous consultants only to be promised my issue will be resolved. They appear to be *********** and not interested. Issue was they over charged me on my contract and changed my plan and costing me significantly more then what I entered into. They appear to use consultants who fooled me stating I will get more data and minutes at no extra cost and assured me such only to find later it was not the case. Beware of this guys. They quick to take money but can’t credit or resolve. The latest person I’m dealing with is Yetisha who sent me a recon about 1 months ago and I highlighted that the amount she has is certainly not correct. I keep emailing her and even stated I will go to special Media and yet has the cheek to still ignore me. Is this the type of people Vodacom employs ? Or is this the culture of Vodacom ?? All I want is the matter to be resolved and my credit passed as it’s a big amount on 2 of my accounts I have with them. Can someone senior assist in resolving. If this fails, I will give names of other consultants in the past that have failed to resolve as well. There was only a lady team leader that assisted me and understood me and passed my query to yetisja after almost 8 months and if it wasn’t for that team leader, I would not even have got any callback. People Like yetisha and others I dealt with need to wake up and resolve customer issues. Earning a salary means they must do their jobs else giving companies like Vodacom a bad name. I’d anyone willing to assist to resolve this once and for all ??? And please don’t use consultants who mislead customers and then charge them what’s not agreed. And if need assistance to do their job, please then employ the correct people and not just heads who can’t do anything after 10 months. Pathetic.
