Dissatisfied customer - Daylight robbery

This is the worst company I have done business with. I purchased an item of clothing from the store in October 2021. The item was too small so I physically dropped it off at their premises in Edenvale in the first week of November 2021. I was told that I need to submit my banking details which I did on the 3 November 2021. It is now the 7 Feb 2022 and no refund to date!!! I have tried to call and leave messages for the guy dealing with the matter Trevor Sibanda and he keeps telling me that accounts has my details and that they will refund me shortly. I was told this since December 2021. I will never purchase anything from this company as these people don't know what they are doing. I urge people out there not to purchase anything from this company as they seem to be thieves!!!! This is simply not about the money but merely a principle issue!!!
