0 Communication from so called trusted company

I placed an order with them for a cologne, changed my mind about it and tried to cancel the order within 24hours only for them to message me 4 days later giving me a tracking number and telling me the item is on route. They clearly state in their Policy that you may cancel an order within 24hours and receive a full refund. Also that delivery takes between 1-3 days. They are misleading. It has now been 5days since ive emailed and whatsapped them asking to cancel my order. The only response ive received from them is a tracking number and a message saying the item is on route. They are not taking my calls or replying to my emails.

I would not buy anything from this company as they do not respond to their clients or honour the policies THEY have written down on their website.
