Scammers do not buy from them
They are scammers. I paid down for perfumes on 8th March 2021 and to date no delivery has been made. I have phoned several times and sent WhatsApp messages which are ignored and yet they took my money (R1290) to be precise.

SAFragrances.co.za stole my money
I ordered perfume from SA Fragrances. The incorrect product was sent to me. I tried to contact them but they did not return my calls, emails or Whatsapp messages. So I returned the product (at my own expense) as per their instructions on the website. Again, they won't take my calls and won't respond to my Whatsapp messages or emails. So now they have my money and my product - they have robbed me.

SAFragrances.co.za stole my money
I ordered perfume from SA Fragrances. The incorrect product was sent to me. I tried to contact them but they did not return my calls, emails or Whatsapp messages. So I returned the product (at my own expense) as per their instructions on the website. Again, they won't take my calls and won't respond to my Whatsapp messages or emails. So now they have my money and my product - they have robbed me.

Scam alert. Sa fragrances
This is a scam. Do not buy from safragrances. The packaging is real but the fragrances itself are fake. It does not last very long and does not smell like the original. The company also does not respond to whatsapp or emails or honour their money back guarantee. Do not trust their website. It will lead you to believe you are dealing with a legit supplier of genuine fragrances. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I placed an order with them for a cologne, changed my mind about it and tried to cancel the order within 24hours only for them to message me 4 days later giving me a tracking number and telling me the item is on route. They clearly state in their Policy that you may cancel an order within 24hours and receive a full refund. Also that delivery takes between 1-3 days. They are misleading. It has now been 5days since ive emailed and whatsapped them asking to cancel my order. The only response ive received from them is a tracking number and a message saying the item is on route. They are not taking my calls or replying to my emails. I would not buy anything from this company as they do not respond to their clients or honour the policies THEY have written down on their website.

I thought I'd been scammed - all the signs were there, but all worked out!
I deleted my original review as I had so many updates and had originally rated 1 star. Please see the whole trail below 03 Dec 2020, 18:09 I feel so stupid to trust a company online before checking them out. I fell for it but a part of me has a glimmer of hope my order is delayed or they are just busy with Christmas orders (yes, I'm stupid I know). I didn't see anything wrong on here because I looked up the company listed as 'SA fragrance' but I see here it is listed as safragrances.co.za so I wish I read these reviews first. Now I obviously see the red flags. who spells their address wrong street name AND area name on their website? 21 BRAAMFISHSHER STREET, FERNADALE, RANDBURG, 2188(ADMIN OFFICE). Who has to capture pictures of "happy customers that have taken pictures on Whatsapp?" They seem to have had another outfit called sunalter.co.za If you look at the reviews by their so-called happy customers they are just fake. Danielle: 04 Dec 2020, 10:07 UPDATE: spoken to Paygenius and because they know the company is genuine Robin will contact Linda the guy that owns the business and will follow up on my order. he will give them until Wednesday next week and issue a refund if no joy Danielle: 04 Dec 2020, 11:56 UPDATE: I have just received a tracking number after having spoken to paygenius who seem to have rectified the situation. I will update if I receive my parcel and let you know about the quality. 4 Dec 16.35 JUST RECEIVED MY PARCEL!!! I can't tell you how happy I am. love the perfume and I actually never thought it would happen. only rated 3 star due to the fright I got and lack of communication and all the signs with hindsight that pointed to the worst. They also trade as beautyzar and another one I found but can't remember. I am relieved. I hope my review helps others out there.

To say am disappointed would be an understatement, they didn't deliver my product on time and when I called to enquire about my product their phones rang unanswered an when I managed to get a hold of one of them he ended up not responding to my messages as well. I emailed them and even though I stated how disappointed I was they didn't care and not once did they show remorse or apologize for what they did instead they just told me about 24 hour investigations in which I had to bombard them with emails just so they can give me a way forward. they are just so unprofessional.
