I feel so stupid to trust a company online before checking them out
I feel so stupid to trust a company online before checking them out. I fell for it but a part of me has a glimmer of hope my order is delayed or they are just busy with Christmas orders (yes, I'm stupid I know). I didn't see anything wrong on here because I looked up the company listed as 'SA fragrance' but I see here it is listed as safragrances.co.za so I wish I read these reviews first. Now I obviously see the red flags. who spells their address wrong street name AND area name on their website? 21 BRAAMFISHSHER STREET, FERNADALE, RANDBURG, 2188(ADMIN OFFICE).
Who has to capture pictures of "happy customers that have taken pictures on Whatsapp?" They seem to have had another outfit called sunalter.co.za If you look at the reviews by their so-called happy customers they are just fake.

04 Dec 2020, 08:07UPDATE: spoken to Paygenius because they know the company is genuine and Robin will contact Linda the guy that owns the business and will follow up on my order. he will give them until Wednesday next week and issue a refund if no joy
