SAFragrances.co.za stole my money

I ordered perfume from SA Fragrances. The incorrect product was sent to me. I tried to contact them but they did not return my calls, emails or Whatsapp messages. So I returned the product (at my own expense) as per their instructions on the website. Again, they won't take my calls and won't respond to my Whatsapp messages or emails. So now they have my money and my product - they have robbed me.
