THEEE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, they have the worst service ever. I have been contacting them for my delivery and they keep saying my parcel will be delivered the following day and that never happens and mind you i have been calling them everyday this week and they still say the same thing that they will deliver tomorrow. they have the worst communication they don't update you on anything and when I tried calling again they never bothered answering my calls.

To say am disappointed would be an understatement, they didn't deliver my product on time and when I called to enquire about my product their phones rang unanswered an when I managed to get a hold of one of them he ended up not responding to my messages as well. I emailed them and even though I stated how disappointed I was they didn't care and not once did they show remorse or apologize for what they did instead they just told me about 24 hour investigations in which I had to bombard them with emails just so they can give me a way forward. they are just so unprofessional.
